Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for allocating up to 120 trucks daily, ensuring timely and accurate customer communications, and facilitating order fulfillment through effective scheduling.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement flexible allocation models to meet customer expectations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with delivery partners in sales and operations
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Plan and coordinate logistics to maximize volume, profitability, and customer service
The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet allocations, logistics, and the transport or construction industry. They will also possess strong communication skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Fleet allocations and scheduling capability
- Previous logistics experience including chain of responsibility and fatigue management knowledge
- Experience in the transport or construction industry
- Good knowledge of QLD metropolitan geographical area
- Ability to work varying shifts and rotating Saturdays
