Security Specialist Role Overview
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Defence Industry team, you will be responsible for upholding Defence Industry security requirements, maintaining security accreditations, managing security clearances, and facilitating awareness training.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Uphold Defence Industry security requirements and maintain security accreditations
* Manage security clearances and facilitate awareness training
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security compliance
**Requirements**
* High degree of emotional intelligence and effective communication skills
* Good foundational knowledge of security and ability to think laterally
* Formal security education, Defence experience, or knowledge of the Defence Security Policy Framework (DSPF) is an added bonus
