Job Title: Support Care Professional

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, according to individual resident needs.

  • Assist with mobility and transfers, complete documentation, and ensure effective consumer-focused care delivery.
  • Care for residents with varying levels of dependency, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Experience in care roles highly regarded.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
