The Role

We have multiple casual opportunities available for our team, where you will contribute to providing great care and services to our residents. You will assist residents with their personal care, emotional and spiritual needs, and promote social engagement.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting residents with daily living activities
- Supporting residents with meals and nutrition
- Contributing to care planning with registered staff
- Documenting care and services provided to residents
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities

Requirements

- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (or willingness to attain)
- Genuine enthusiasm, care, and compassion in working with elderly people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
