Property Maintenance Specialist

Ensure regular and emergency maintenance is up to date and tenants are well informed and supported. You will be responsible for a portfolio of properties in the Blue Mountains and Camperdown.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify tenant maintenance needs, determine priorities, and communicate expectations to all parties.
  • Supervise and coordinate site contractors.
  • Undertake building/property maintenance tasks, including inspections and quality audits.
  • Complete maintenance invoicing and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Ensure maintenance work is compliant with corporate standards, relevant legislation, and Workplace Health and Safety.
Requirements for Success
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in contractor and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in managing site maintenance budgets, work orders, and requisitions.
  • Previous experience working on a CMMS, MS Office programs, including Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with tenants and within a community.
  • Ability to complete property site inspection visits and assess maintenance works for compliance against quality expectations.
  • A current drivers' licence.
