As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our managed properties. Working closely with the Apartment Management Supervisor, this position is responsible for general and preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs and trades to minimize disruptions to guests and bookings, while maintaining a high standard of guest experience.

In addition to property maintenance, the role supports the Information Centre with daily operations including guest enquiries, accommodation check-ins and check-outs, ticketing, National Parks passes, and general administration. A strong and current knowledge of the resort area is essential to provide accurate information and exceptional service across all touchpoints.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a current, valid & unrestricted C class Driver's licence (required)
  • Hold a current valid NSW White Card
  • Hands-on, proactive, and take pride in delivering high-quality maintenance and guest services
  • Experience in performing non-trade level maintenance of property, plant and equipment
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing and building industry
  • Organised, reliable, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Confident using basic administrative systems and comfortable learning new tools and processes
  • Good knowledge of the Thredbo area or keen to learn quickly to assist guests with accurate local information
