IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of IT Support Engineer. This role involves providing technical support for IT project rollouts, managing regional system backups, and maintaining and updating systems.
About the Position
- Provide technical assistance for IT project deployments
- Manage regional system backups, server patching, and end-user device maintenance
- Maintain and update systems, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer, and infrastructure firmware
- Monitor systems and keep accurate records of infrastructure assets
- Support continuous IT systems improvement and provide staff training
- Travel to MCC sites across the region to deliver onsite support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS
- Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki preferred), and printer troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience in manufacturing environments is highly valued
