- Maintain exceptional customer outcomes by upholding high service standards and low error rates
- Track and resolve quality issues while keeping customer information accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and payroll with a strong focus on quality control and accuracy
- Professional qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field
- BAS Agent registration is highly desirable
- Expert knowledge of Xero, with experience in additional platforms being advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail
