Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Policy Consultant to join our team at Elliott Gray. This is an exciting opportunity for a policy expert to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the aviation industry.

About the Role

This 6-month non-ongoing APS6 Policy Officer position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the chance to make a real impact. You will be working closely with external stakeholders to design and execute consultation processes, analyse costs and benefits of potential policy options, and draft clear and concise advice to assist in government communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with external stakeholders to design and execute consultation processes that meet the needs of all parties involved.
  • Analyse Policy Options: Conduct thorough analysis of potential policy options to identify the most effective and efficient solutions.
  • Draft Advice: Draft clear and concise advice to assist in government communications and decision-making.
  • Project Management: Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and meet deadlines.

Competitive Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role.
