About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmes and Governance Consultant to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our Recruitment and Events Delivery function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and governance activities that enhance our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and programmes, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organisational goals and drive operational excellence.
  • Implement and enhance monitoring activities to ensure effective control operation and risk identification.
  • Provide support in business process management, risk management, compliance, project, and policy management.
  • Develop top-quality communications for the Head of Function relating to regular cadence meetings with senior management.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to management reporting.
  • Support with escalations and analyze candidate complaints and candidate satisfaction surveys process and results.
  • Ensure governance frameworks and processes are maintained, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in corporate governance.
  • Support the timely response to and clearance of quality or audit assigned items to Recruitment and Events Delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in project and programme management, ideally within consulting.
  • Skills in human-centred design and assurance activities.
  • Strong communication abilities, including the development of high-quality artefacts and briefings.
  • Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and building commitment to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to manage operational, procedural, and administrative enquiries effectively.
  • Experience in implementing new policies and procedures with a focus on compliance.
  • Consulting experience, particularly in the Defence sector, is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field are advantageous.
