Inventory Management Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing inventory management processes and driving operational success within the Supply Chain team. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, mentoring, and technical development of materials management team members, including key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project management procedures for team members to follow.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights, presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Leading the implementation of new software systems, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by the team, providing training and support to maximize benefits.
  • Providing guidance, resources, and encouragement to assist and motivate team members in achieving project goals.
  • Continuously evaluating and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows, driving overall productivity and success.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field are desirable.
  • Proficiency in utilizing SAP ERP systems for effective inventory management and data analysis is required.
  • Experience with IBM's Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization tools or comparable inventory optimization applications is preferred.
  • A broad business knowledge with the ability to recognize issues and capitalize on opportunities is essential.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and logistics is also required.
