**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to join our team and take ownership of the engineering vision, architect scalable systems, and drive business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to shape the product roadmap and define technical solutions.
  • Lead engineers in the team, recruiting, managing, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their best.
  • Owning rituals and processes within the team to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Team Lead or similar role.
Skills
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with experience across a range of technologies including React, NodeJS, Typescript, Java, Python, Postgres, CDK, and AWS.
