Job Description:

The Senior Cloud Engineer role entails a high level of technical expertise in cloud engineering and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize multi-cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud to ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing proactive support to clients, identifying and resolving cloud-related issues before they impact services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, security, and networking, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum service continuity.
  • Ensure cloud environments are secure, adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Implement and manage cloud security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, and work to protect client data and infrastructure from evolving cyber threats.
Requirements:
  • Relevant certification in, or extensive hands-on experience with, cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering cloud services within a Managed Services framework.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, firewalls, and security best practices for multi-cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in automation, IAC tools, and scripting languages to automate cloud deployments and optimize operations.
  • Experience with cloud monitoring tools and techniques to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking concepts, ensuring secure and reliable cloud communication.
