Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative leader to lead our data strategy and drive evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of analytics and business intelligence initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SQL Server
  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level data models and data marts to support advanced analytics
  • Build and deploy engaging Power BI dashboards tailored to executive, operational, and departmental needs
  • Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources, including APIs, databases, SFTP, and cloud storage
  • Establish and enforce data governance, lineage, and quality frameworks across the organization
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, BI developers, and data engineers
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Lead the development of strategic reporting for senior leadership, supporting compliance and performance measurement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team development and performance management
  • Proficiency with Azure Data Factory and SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • Strong data modeling skills (e.g., star schema, Data Vault), and experience with modeling tools such as Navicat or Erwin
  • Experience integrating data from diverse sources including APIs, SFTP, databases, and cloud platforms
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and deployment via Power BI Service
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data quality, and governance best practices
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into meaningful actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and strategic mindset
