From managing data strategy and governance to developing enterprise Power BI dashboards and scalable data models, your expertise will drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Lead the design and execution of analytics and BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SQL Server

You bring deep experience in enterprise analytics, BI, and data integration, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or other regulated service environments. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven ability to align data strategy with business needs.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team development and performance management
- Proficiency with Azure Data Factory and SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Strong data modelling skills (e.g., star schema, Data Vault), and experience with modelling tools such as Navicat or Erwin
- Experience integrating data from diverse sources including APIs, SFTP, databases, and cloud platforms
- Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and deployment via Power BI Service
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data quality, and governance best practices
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into meaningful actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and strategic mindset
