Insurance Claims Lead

We're seeking an Insurance Claims Lead to join our team. This role will involve assessing and resolving complex insurance claims, as well as mentoring and guiding a team of claims consultants.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in property or commercial claims and possess strong analytical and communication skills. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate empathy and confidence when dealing with clients.

About the Role
  • Assess and resolve complex insurance claims
  • Mentor and guide claims consultants
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives
