About the Position
- A minimum of 5 years experience in podcast production, preferably with a focus on digital audio features and journalism.
- Strong project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with investigative journalism techniques, broadcast laws and ethics, as well as digital and social strategies for news dissemination.

Your Key Responsibilities
- To lead the creative direction of LiSTNR Original Podcasts within our News & Information vertical.
- Developing and implementing innovative content strategies that cater to diverse audience preferences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and post-production processes.
- Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the podcast production lifecycle.
