The role of a Field Service Technician Team Leader is pivotal in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the skills and abilities of Field Service Technicians through training and onsite assistance.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that all technicians are abiding by our organizational WHS & environmental policies, maintaining safe work practices, and assisting technicians in meeting standard times in accordance with quoted timelines.
You will also ensure that all technicians are meeting the minimum standard for service van cleanliness, technician grooming, and presentation standards. Regular contact with the Field Service Controllers and Field Service Manager is essential to your success in this role.
Other tasks may include working with technicians to maintain inventory stock levels and addressing any customer issues that may arise.
Requirements:- Previous experience leading a team in a similar environment.
- Relevant trade qualification.
- Experience in maintenance of IC and/or battery electric forklifts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
