We are committed to creating great teams doing innovative work and invite you to Impact the Future.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive Business and Projects administrator to join our team, supporting the day-to-day operations and projects of the Melbourne office on a part-time basis (minimum 3 days a week).
You will provide administrative and project support to the team, offering opportunities to enhance your personal and professional skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.Offer professional, confidential, and timely administrative support.Provide office support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, diary management, travel arrangements, and event management.Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.Ensure routine office functions, including quality assurance, monthly management reporting, and health and safety requirements, are achieved.On an ad hoc basis, provide support to Narre Warren team (requires travel).
QualificationsTo be successful, you will ideally have demonstrated experience in a similar role and be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days a week for this part-time opportunity.
In addition, you will have:Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in AustraliaCurrent full Victorian Driver's LicenseWillingness to travel on an ad hoc basis to the Narre Warren office to provide support, as neededExperience in an office administration roleExperience supporting technical projectsExperience in management supportAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)Advanced diary management, planning, and coordination skillsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong organisational and time management skillsAdditional InformationEgis is committed to creating an inclusive, creative culture that embraces diversity and flexibility.
