Our Learning Specialist will be responsible for enhancing educational outcomes for students with dyslexia and other learning differences by delivering specialist teaching and tutoring services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement evidence-based practice using the Multisensory Structured Language (MSL) / Orton Gillingham approach to support student learning.
  • Utilise training materials and assessments to facilitate effective student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student development and anecdotal notes to track progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, directors, and relevant professionals to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in teaching and learning strategies.

This role requires a strong desire to learn and adapt to new approaches and technologies. A thirst for knowledge and a willingness to take on challenges are essential qualities for success in this position.
