**Job Title:** Principal Learning Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated Principal Learning Specialist to join our team. This role will provide leadership and expertise in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning and development programs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic learning plans that align with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of staff at all levels.
  • Provide expert advice on learning and development strategies to senior stakeholders.
  • Liaise with staff and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and delivery of learning activities.

**Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in adult education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing learning and development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Information:

Experience within a youth justice setting is highly desirable. Possession of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 including the Language literacy and numeracy unit) is also highly desirable.
