About the Role

The Department for Child Protection is seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Analyst to join our team on a full-time term basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead the development and implementation of training strategies, programs, and resources to facilitate the delivery of current and emerging IT systems and practices across the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of training strategies, programs, and resources to support the delivery of current and emerging IT systems and practices.
  • Analyse and evaluate change requests to determine the organisational impact and coordinate change approvals with the appropriate change management boards.
  • Work with the Change Lead to develop and implement change management strategies to support organisational initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and report on new technologies and methodologies in training and learning, and manage the evaluation of training effectiveness.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced training specialist with the ability to research and analyse material to ensure program content is contemporary and accurate.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant knowledge of contemporary training methods and practices, as well as knowledge of related government policy and departmental procedures.

You will have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences.
