About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Analyst to join our team at the Department for Child Protection. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving change and improvement across our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies, programs, and resources to support the delivery of current and emerging IT systems and practices.
  • Analyze and evaluate change requests to determine their organizational impact and coordinate change approvals with relevant change management boards.
  • Work with the Change Lead to develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and report on new technologies and methodologies in training and learning, and manage the evaluation of training effectiveness.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced training specialist with a strong ability to research and analyze material to ensure program content is contemporary and accurate. You will have a proven track record of developing and delivering effective competency-based training and assessment plans and programs.
