Senior Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Centre Manager to drive excellence in our operations. As a leader, you will inspire your team and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily centre activities, including staff management, budgeting, and parent communication.
- Coach and mentor Educators and Teachers to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Develop engaging activities for children's holistic development, aligning with our centre's vision.
- Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
- ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
