Lead Loss Prevention Professional

Our Central Operations team supports and empowers retail teams nationwide, helping them deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

We are seeking an accomplished Loss Prevention Lead to join our Smarter Profit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with high-loss stores to drive performance improvements through coaching and influencing management teams.
  • Assist management in developing targeted improvement plans and ensuring overall compliance to operational standards.
  • Deliver national programs and initiatives to reduce total loss in high-loss stores.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of store operations, merchandise functions, inventory, and supply chain interfaces.
  • Ability to identify trends of poor performance and provide solutions to improve total loss performance.
  • Investigative and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience influencing retail management teams and confidence in conflict resolution.
