Job Role: Orthotist

As an orthotist, you will provide comprehensive orthotic services to adults and children with disability.

About the Job:
  • You will be responsible for assessing, measuring, fabricating, and providing orthotic solutions suited to the specific needs of our clients.
  • You will work in line with various funding body requirements and provide centre-based and community-based services as appropriate.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the client and their support network.
About Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • You have tertiary qualifications in Orthotics and Prosthetics and are currently registered with a professional association.
  • You have experience working as a clinician within the disability sector and knowledge of strengths-based practice and family and person-centred approaches.
  • You are able to lead critical reflection and apply theoretical frameworks to inform clinical practice.
