Your role will involve meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs across various branches, whether it's assisting with inquiries, educating them about our online platforms, or recommending products and services that meet their needs.

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you'll have the opportunity to:

This is a permanent, part-time position located in Ascot, Brisbane City, Mitchelton, Strathpine & Holland Park, offering flexibility for travel and genuine variety in your work week. You'll be required to work 72 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, with usual starting and finishing times between 8:30AM and 4:30PM.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and possess:

  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to easily switch between tasks and locations on a regular basis
  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Eagerness to understand and share what makes us different
  • A knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
  • Experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry - a plus but not essential

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also essential for this role, as you'll be required to drive to different branches.
