At our bank, our purpose is to help people live better lives through better finances. As a banking consultant, you will be working with friendly and genuine team players in a Mount Isa branch. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in the finance industry or achieve a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to customers by identifying their needs, solving problems, and promoting our products and services.
  • Manage customer inquiries and transactions while maintaining accurate records in our systems.
  • Educate customers on our products and maintain positive relationships through quality conversations.

This is a full-time permanent position, approximately 38 hours per week. We are seeking individuals with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, cash handling experience, and adaptability to change.
