Midwife Position

At our healthcare facility, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Midwife to join our team.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate care to patients in a patient-focused environment.
  • They will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct antenatal and postnatal care to mothers and newborns.
  • Conduct vaginal deliveries and provide emergency care as needed.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any concerns to senior staff members.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Midwifery or a related field.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Proven experience in antenatal, postnatal, and labor ward settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
