About the Role

As a Maternity Nurse, you'll provide antenatal and postnatal care to mothers and newborns. You'll deliver hands-on support in labour and birth and care for babies requiring additional monitoring in the special care unit. You'll also promote continuity of care and accurate clinical documentation.

This is a patient-centred role that requires a collaborative, adaptable, and values-driven professional with experience across the full maternity spectrum including antenatal, postnatal, labour, and special care. A Bachelor of Midwifery (or equivalent) is mandatory, along with current AHPRA registration as both a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current AHPRA registration as both a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (mandatory)
  • Experience across the full maternity spectrum including antenatal, postnatal, labour, and special care
  • Bachelor of Midwifery (or equivalent)
