Strategic HR Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive commercially sound decision making across the employee lifecycle.
This role involves partnering with leaders to develop and implement tailored human resource solutions that align with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field (desired)
- 5+ years of experience in HR/People & Culture roles, with demonstrated business partnership
- Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance
