- Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with teams to implement software and infrastructure improvements enhancing system stability and performance.
- Documentation: Document software architecture, deployment workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
- Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of software development and deployment processes to align with business objectives.
