About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Goughrecruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our retail shopping centre assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the retail shopping centre asset, ensuring efficient and tight control over operating costs
  • Prepare and manage income and expenditure budgets, operational reports, sales and marketing reports, and leasing reports
  • Analyse trading figures, occupancy costs, and retail sales trends to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, providing support and guidance to boost foot traffic
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to maximise tenant mix and general input on strategies
  • Provide leadership and direction to administrative support staff
Requirements
  • Experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Centre Manager or Administration Manager
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding communication and administration skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent time management
