Rehabilitation Department Supervisor

As a Rehabilitation Department Supervisor at Reliant, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department to meet resident needs, fiscal requirements, and federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign patient scheduling and other responsibilities to staff as needed.
  • Communicate and coordinate department functions with other services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of MDS information.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of services provided and completion of required documentation.
Requirements

You must possess a degree in therapy or equivalent, and have two years of experience as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech-language pathologist.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
