Therapy Team Member

Role Description:
The Room Leader is a key member of the therapy team, responsible for implementing Individual Plans for each child. This includes documenting progress, maintaining records and managing administration for the classroom.
Key responsibilities include daily operations, ensuring consistency in delivering the program, and coordinating with Early Intervention Specialists as assigned. In collaboration with the therapy team, you will also provide support to families to share knowledge and tools that assist with achieving therapy goals at home.
Key qualifications include an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification or equivalent experience as a Room Leader in an early childhood setting. You should have experience supervising and coaching staff, holding a current first aid certificate, and having a Paid Blue Card (or able to obtain before commencement).
