We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to lead our team and deliver high-quality therapy services. As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key role in service development, mentoring junior clinicians, and providing comprehensive speech pathology services to adults and/or paediatrics.

About the Role
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in speech pathology services.
  • Mentor and develop junior clinicians to foster professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve holistic client outcomes.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and conduct functional assessments.
  • Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and contribute to service improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered SPA-trained Speech Pathologist with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • PASSION FOR EVIDENCE-BASED, CLIENT-CENTRED CARE.
  • Leadership experience with ability to mentor and support junior clinicians.
