We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Data Specialist to support our business by assisting in contract responses, quotations, sales and market data analysis, CRM reporting, attending scientific meetings and displays, and ad hoc project support.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team, coordinating and booking exhibition/trade displays, customer quotes and contract renewals, monitoring customer pricing tables, coordinating and supporting tender responses, and monitoring contract compliance and markets/market shares and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide data-driven insights to measure commercial performance
  • Analyze market trends, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain data models and visualization to support business decisions
  • Prepare complex data reports, graphs, and figures for internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or relevant science
  • Minimum 3 years' commercial experience in customer-focused support roles, ideally in in-vitro diagnostics or related industry
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS tools such as MS Office and Excel
