Job Description

We aim to reconnect communities to the natural joy of food by encouraging people to shop with their senses and throw away the shopping list. Our stores offer a unique market experience where our loyal and honest staff work together to deliver great shopping experiences for customers.

  • Retail: Foodies, Team Leaders/2IC's, Shop Assistants, Product Experts, and Store Managers with fresh food experience
  • Butchers: Apprentices, Meat Assistants, Butchers, and Butcher Managers
  • Online Orders: Pick Packers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be the right person for this role, you must:

  • Be passionate about good quality fresh food and working for an ethical business.
  • Understand and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Be a team player and willing to work hard.
  • Have flexible availability as we operate 7 days a week and on public holidays.
