Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring that customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and product display.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating products to ensure accurate inventory levels and optimal stock turnover.
Requirements:
  • Passion for good quality fresh food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Point of Sale systems.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
