About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to oversee a small Australia-based team and integrate their efforts into the larger multinational AUKUS initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely updates on all assigned tasks
  • Support virtual and in-person meetings to facilitate trilateral coordination
  • Exercise project leadership
  • Develop deliverables and ensure strategic intent is met
  • Motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
  • Foster new relationships as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent trade training with 10+ years' experience in Navy operations and training (submarine experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate complex topics in written form
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Australian Security Clearance

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Royal Australian Navy staff
  • International partnerships experience
