Job Description

Navy Enterprise Compliance and Assurance Officer - Establish a new compliance capability within Navy Headquarters.

As a key member of the Directorate of Navy Governance, you will play a pivotal role in developing an enterprise-wide compliance framework and assurance master plan.

Utilizing your analytical skills and knowledge of policy and legislation, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance across the Navy Enterprise.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly established team, working collaboratively to drive governance excellence within the Navy.


Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction to plan, prioritize tasks and deliver quality outcomes
  • Enterprise level assurance experience, including using analytical tools and techniques to analyze performance data
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge on policy and legislation in a compliance or regulatory context
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration in a diverse team environment
