Job Summary:

The successful Contract Lead will oversee a high-profile client relationship and manage multisite security operations across Perth and the Pilbara.

This role reports to Trevor, the Stream Lead for Security, and involves leading a team of over eighty security operations staff in a complex environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional results. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for creating and managing an effective safety system that keeps our teams safe.

You will ensure G4S is a trusted partner to our customers by delivering obligations, managing change and scope, and building strong relationships.

Your key objectives include year-on-year growth in revenue and margin %, as well as delivering budget outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of security operations staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring G4S delivers exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Develop and implement commercial and financial management strategies.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
