Job Title: Team Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to make a difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Director of Service: The successful candidate will assist the Director of Service in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.
  • Creating Enriching Experiences: Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).
  • Supporting Program Compliance: Ensure high-quality service that exceeds industry standards by supporting program compliance.
  • Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
  • Fulfilling Duties: Play and have fun with primary school-aged children while taking ownership during School Holiday periods.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday - split shift:
  • 6:30am - 9:00am
  • 3:00pm - 6:30pm

Total 30 hours per week.
