Job Description

As a dedicated professional in our OSHC team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Director of Service in creating and implementing enriching programs that cater to the preferences of the children.

You will support program compliance, ensuring a high-quality service that exceeds industry standards. Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community is also crucial to your success. This includes engaging with primary school-aged children, providing opportunities for them to grow and develop, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills, take ownership during School Holiday periods, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding results.
