Job Description: Renovations/Administrative Officer

The role involves efficiently transferring drivers' novated leases from one employer to another. Key tasks include:

  1. Accurately completing renovation processes within set deadlines
  2. Providing exceptional client support while nurturing relationships
  3. Updating IMS records to reflect the status of renovations
  4. Managing renovation tickets according to established KPIs
  5. Familiarity with and effective application of renovation procedures
  6. Liaising with clients to provide quotes meeting their requirements and FBT regulations
  7. Preparing necessary documents and delivering them to clients in a timely manner
  8. Ensuring all returned documentation is signed by authorized parties
  9. Addressing renovation-related issues and identifying potential problems that could impact SG Fleet negatively
  10. Aligning external policies and procedures with our clients
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving abilities
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
