The role involves efficiently transferring drivers' novated leases from one employer to another. Key tasks include:
- Accurately completing renovation processes within set deadlines
- Providing exceptional client support while nurturing relationships
- Updating IMS records to reflect the status of renovations
- Managing renovation tickets according to established KPIs
- Familiarity with and effective application of renovation procedures
- Liaising with clients to provide quotes meeting their requirements and FBT regulations
- Preparing necessary documents and delivering them to clients in a timely manner
- Ensuring all returned documentation is signed by authorized parties
- Addressing renovation-related issues and identifying potential problems that could impact SG Fleet negatively
- Aligning external policies and procedures with our clients
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving abilities
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
