Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Novated Lease Administrator to join our team at SG Fleet.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the transfer of a driver's novated lease from one employer to another, ensuring accurate and timely completion of renovation processes. This role requires effective communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet set KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Administer novated lease transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of the process
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and maintaining positive relationships
  • Update IMS records to reflect the status of each renovation, ensuring seamless tracking and management
  • Manage renovations tickets efficiently, meeting established KPIs and targets
  • Liaise with drivers to provide personalized quotes that meet their FBT requirements
  • Prepare and distribute necessary renovation documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure all returned documentation is signed by authorized parties
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to renovations, identifying potential problems and reporting them to the Manager
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administration position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
