Job Description

This is a rewarding opportunity for a Lease Administrator to join our energetic and goal-oriented team. Reporting to the Lease Manager, this role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Initiating new lease agreements, renewals, and managing vacating procedures
  • Collaborating closely with the Lease Administration team to ensure leasing procedures and information are accurately entered into the system
  • Conducting thorough checks on all incoming data for the month and performing audits on existing lease charges
  • Ensuring the accuracy of monthly rent and additional fee adjustments across all tenant billing to reflect recent changes correctly
  • Engaging with suppliers and tenants regarding invoice and payment queries
  • Verifying the correct allocation of invoice expenses against specific properties and general ledger (GL) codes
  • Reporting as required by property and centre managers
  • Liaising closely with accountants, legal teams, and management as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 2-3 years' experience working in lease administration from another property firm. You will also have exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and value working in a cooperative and driven team environment.
