Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliates Business Development Manager to execute the affiliates channel across a range of ecommerce clients.

  • Upload offers to platforms, negotiate and maintain relationships with partners
  • Coordinate campaign activity, analyze performance, generate reports, and deliver end-of-month summaries
  • Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance to exceed client KPIs
  • Assist in developing the Affiliates product offering in line with best in class
  • Be involved in account management of all Affiliate clients
  • Stay up-to-date with new affiliate trends and platform updates
  • Assist in preparing new business proposals to showcase our strategic thinking, best practice approach, and product offering
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of Performance Marketing implementation in an agency
  • 1-2 years of ecommerce implementation across Affiliates channels including account management
  • Background in developing relationships with internal and client-side stakeholders at various levels
  • Advanced knowledge of key platforms: Rakuten, Commission Factory, Impact & GA4
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills
  • Experience with Google Docs/Drive, Excel & Google Analytics
