Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough home assessments to identify client needs and develop customized care plans.
- Prescribe equipment and recommend home modifications to enhance client independence and comfort.
- Support recovery through Rehab in the Home (post-orthopaedic surgery) by providing expert guidance and therapy services.
- Collaborate with clients post-hospitalization via the Hospital in the Home program to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- AHPRA registration is mandatory; new graduates are welcome, and experience in community or aged care is highly valued.
- Skilled therapists who can promote health and wellbeing through client-centered care are essential to our team's success.
- Flexibility and adaptability are key qualities we seek in our Occupational Therapists, as you will work independently and travel across the region (vehicle required; travel reimbursement provided).
If relocation is necessary, we may be able to assist with a relocation allowance.
