We are currently seeking experienced and caring professionals to join our agency team in Geelong. As a leader in the aged care sector, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a PCA, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes or in residential facilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Previous experience in Aged Care (minimum 6 months as a PCA)
  • Australian working rights
  • COVID and flu vaccinations completed
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Excellent communication skills
